Define what you need: It is the most complicated part of any one’s personal growth. It may take months or years for us to figure out what really we want. Most of the people in this website are carrier oriented so let me try to use carrier as an example.

Those who are in IT may think they want to be a developer first, then wanted to be testers then better to be business analyst then we may fell it is better to be a PM. But the point here is every one wanted to have a stress free, less complicated, high paying jobs. It takes about 10 to 20 years to realize that what we want is not the job title or job description but good pay, less stress and the type of work. So to Grow in carrier, we should have clarity of what we want. As soon as we have defined needs/goals we should be able to state what we want without any hesitation even though the question is in different angle with multiple twists, ifs and buts in it. Then rest of the story is taken care by God/Time. The way God/Time will help us by making us to think and work towards the right direction based on our own clearly defined needs.

Have Faith: Once defined, putting an effort get is easy. Only the thing needes is complete faith that we get what we want. We should know that only difference can be the timeframe instead of getting in a month we may get it in two months. Havign faith until get it is the Second Important factor.

Be a Friend/mentor/: When you are working towards your goals, you have to live in a society and fulfill your other needs and discharge your current duties. While doing these the most important thing to remember is instead of expecting from others (Including Parents/Siblings/Spouse) support others wholeheartedly. God/Time will respond you by pushing you towards your goal. When we help, we feel happy, we feel energetic, and we feel we are valuable. If we do not get the support needed, do not think that it is a problem. That may mean you have to do some changes. Try and Think of what changes you need to do get the support. Probably you may need to go to others.
