"What is Recession actually means to u?"

Anywhere in the world, in everyone mouth we have a word “Recession”. The whole world is getting embarrassed by this recession period. Everyone has a fear of this recession.

Nowadays, everyone is in trouble because they have a fear in their mind about job cutting in industry. But the “Recession” itself means that it is a temporary decline in the economic activity. Though it brought lots of trouble but remember it is temporary. It will not be forever.

It brought lots of change to economy. But I think that the change is necessary. Why we have fear of this change? Anywhere whenever there is a change, we always get into trouble and try to oppose it strong fully. We just hemmed into that situation and ultimately we are unable to find a solution for it or can’t find alternative ways.

I give you a small example:

When one think about conducting IPL T 20-20 matches, everyone (except some people) strongly opposed it. And start debating over it. But the founder of T 20-20 never afraid of bringing a change in cricket. Once T 20-20 matches started, everyone fall in love with it, like to watch 20 over rather than 50 over match. As a result, after succeeded in first IPL, there is a sequel of IPL as “IPL2 “just begins, success story just continues for it……

We must move with this change. Many Techies forecast about this and told that “In next coming years, there will be much more need of employees again.”

Do u ever to try to think upon it? Why will we again have boost up in economy? Why there will be a need of human power again?

Personally, I think that, recession is the main reason for it. In this period, those who don’t afraid to move with the change and learn new things which are helpful for future, will do best of the best as one can do and become successful but those who have fear in their mind about change, recession and will do nothing, hemmed into such situation, waiting and sitting idle, such people will create a “Loophole”.

We will have lots of “Loophole” in next coming years. It will be the main reason for the employer to again start recruiting to fill up those loopholes in future. We will again have boost up in economy.

"It's all in our MIND about recession! And we actually FUEL this recession much more than we think Never be afraid of the change. Anticipate the change. Be ready to move with it, try to learn the new technology or whatever it is and also learn from your past experiences. Think it in positive ways that the change will bring a better and prosperous life for you, so do best of the best as you can do, you will always have success in your path and have a taste of success."
