Just like some europen countries (for example -England), Indian political system should think to pass an act of public right for health eigher free or with nominal fees. If we see in India every day there are many private hospitals opening and at the same time there is no new govt hospital in a year atleast one in a district. It is required to establish govt hospitals with required facilities based on population, i mean for every 10000 indians - there could be one govt hospital or any other calculation basis.

I started with swineflue testing centres in my first lines, because diagnosis is first step before starting treatment. When we are suffering for "FIRST", how our leaders can think about "SECOND".. god only knows..

Let's pray god to change our political leaders mindset for public interest instead of power / voting interests.
