I am more confident of taking the CAT exam

More than 600 candidates participated in the common admission test (CAT), organized by the Hindustan Times and the MCPP, MBA entrance examination system of training, which was held Saturday morning at Bandra. Free to all participants, three and a half hour workshop was held three weeks before the test. CAT is the entrance to the prestigious Indian Institutes creation of Management (IIMS) and 150 other B-schools in the country.

Participants had the opportunity to interact with experts and current students IIM.

"The workshop was a great help for me because the speakers gave practical advice on how to work quickly in order to maximize the score for a limited time. Moreover, the interaction between the students of IIM Calcutta has been motivating, and now I feel more confident to tackle head-on examination, "said Amol Paricharak, 22 years, the final design of the student.

The new model of CAT 2011 was discussed and each student received a notebook CAT 2012 '3 weeks' to help them make an analysis of their strengths and weaknesses and plan their study schedule for the next three weeks.

"The workbook will help students make a schedule for the last three weeks of preparation and follow it, to channel their preparations in a productive manner," said Parag Chitale, CEO of CPLC.

In addition, students were also taken in each section of CAT - verbal ability, quantitative skills and logic and data interpretation. The workshop ended with a Q & A session between students aspiring IIM and CAT.
