The decision to undertake the investment has been completed at the University realized that students in schools located in rural areas were difficult to obtain investments are not many companies were going to place them.

Realized that even the brightest students have been omitted, the Gujarat Technology University has decided to organize the placement under an umbrella. A meeting of the placement co-ordinators will be held in the first week of December 3

Officials also said that in order to allow companies to evaluate the work of a student, the university will present their project work students to them.

Officials said that there were numerous complaints that pupils in rural areas has not received an investment, and it was precisely for this reason, many companies turned to these institutions. Placements are likely to begin the first week of January, the officials said the CGU. Officials said all the companies called the CGU, and are given a list of student preferences' to the choice made by the students.
