IGNOU to launch first resource centre for People with disabled
Varsity National Center for Disability Studies (diseases) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Kerala-based Society for the Promotion of Alternative Computing and Employment (SPACE), which in turn creates a number of these centers throughout the country.
"A certificate program in information technology and communications technology (ICT) for the Blind will provide access to information on the Internet," read "scanned pages of printed material on the computer, create the digital information and communicate with other people using ICT, "said director Arun Banik non communicable diseases.
