Organizer's bank guarantee to be freezed

The organizer had received the NOC from different departments, such as Huda and the district administration, and was also paid Rs 66.50 lakh pre-show entertainment, the RS 20 lakh Huda, and more than 4 lakh in RS excise department for permission to serve alcohol.
