YCMOU Distance Learning MBA Admission
This university was established by the Government of Maharashtra in July 1989, Nasik. This is the fifth Open University in India. This university has been recognized by the University Grants Commission. This is the first mega open university in the state today, and has bagged the award for institutional excellence in 2002. There are about 204 different courses offered by the university. It is a global competence with 8 regional centers and study centers in 1400 for distance learning. There are over 4,000 consultants to provide professional information in English, Hindi and Marathi. The university may assign different graduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels.
Eligibility Criteria
There are different schools available in the MBA course at the university. Eligibility for the distance MBA course is a step in the licensure exam in a discipline that the course of three years. A candidate must have a valid Common Admission Test / MAT / GMAT / XAT score. Candidates competing for the course will be called for group discussion and personal interview. For candidates seeking admission to MBA outside India with the university a valid GMAT score is a necessity. However, the admission criteria may vary in different institutes.
Admission Procedure
The various institutions of this university has different admission procedures, but almost all candidates must participate in the written admission test conducted by the institution. Those who clear the entrance examination will be considered for the assessment of personality through group discussions and personal interviews. Institutions outside India do not have the process of personality assessment.
