Human touch..
I jus came across one of my friend who is an Entrepreneur with a small team of employees working with him ,it so happened that one of his team member was hurt by the tone he was told to complete the work , and he quit the organisation and also reacted negatively towards the business intrest which was a little too hard on my friend to handle.. an entrepreneur who has to take lot of other pressures like finanace , operations client interaction business assiciation ect its an add on troublein ones life :) i did feel bad about this for my friend but did discuss a logical way to deal it lets hope its works ..
when the same person is dealing with the operations and HR both then life gets a little difficult since u have to play both roles which are little tricky becoz HR deals the human side and Operations part needs the work getting done "come what may"! So if a person can balance both then its too good
It is not immpossible may a little thinking and patience is required to deal with a typical management situation like this.
