Making Corruption Free Procedures

 Modern civilization was shaped by  number of inventions.  Many of the  important inventions were found  simultaneously throughout the world. But many other inventions existed in one place for  a long time and found at other places after so many years.

 Few  simple ideas(concepts) made impacts which changed our living, making it easy and  free from trouble/corruption. Few such ideas to list are  concept of counters(windows), concept of bus , concept of multi storey(flat), use of wheel.  Same ideas are found used at different places at different time in the history. With developments in different fields and availability of materials same ideas are found applied in new applications  at different places.

 First Bus was introduced in Paris in 1662 by Blaise Pascal, it was horse driven and ran regularly every few minutes whether there were any passengers or not and  was a great invention. It could reduce the burden on animals. Petrol driven buses ran from around 1900.

The first bus with two decks appeared around 1930. Flat system(multi storey) of living started in Rome long back to accommodate gatherings/ crowd for any meet.

With developments in different fields and availability of materials  same concepts are found useful in new applications and at new places.

 For example two deck concept in agriculture is also possible today with availability of light weight plastic  flower pots of different sizes.  Agriculture in small space with double, triple deck arrangements allow you to have beautiful gardens in your  balcony.

Wheels are still not  so much used in various activities like cleaning ,transporting in small places.  It is always possible to bring improvements by using trolleys of different shapes designs, differently designed dustbins mounted on wheels/trolleys, service trolleys of different designs for use in parties, mess, canteens , laboratories and workshops . Introduction of these simple cheap scientific items make the work exciting and reduce bad feeling among workers making it free from trouble.

  Counters(windows) system is a good tool for controlling corruption/trouble. It always wins over partiality, discriminations due to regionalism etc. It is found in residential colonies or offices where various activities like distribution, collection and similar type   are done through proper counters,   various type of  evils viz., partiality, bribery, discrimination, mismanagement of activities  etc., do vanish.

 In few cases where counter and queue system is not followed correctly different type of problems are found. For example :  it is found in  religious places like big temples people wait in long queues for Arti and Darshan . But disturbance starts when the door /gate opens because the timings are fixed limited(not 24 hrs. open). This type of arrangements should be changed. It is always possible to find correct procedure so that such big accumulation and sudden  movements are avoided and no body faces problem in these places.
