Eliminating corruption by search and copy

Simple way to eliminate corruption in a short period is just search and copy tested procedures into various systems and activities.

Dr Ambedkar drafted our constitution within a short time by following various procedures/practices followed by different tribes/castes/communities with his knowledge of Anthropology and copying structures from British and American constitutions. We are finding something is less so problems are there.

We should copy few procedures by searching all over the world for various ways of governing and taking the ways tested and seen not giving chance for corruption .

1.Very important problems/issues should come for discussion and action automatically and not by few old people going for hunger strike. Provision for raising any issue by people not in parliament to be kept.

 2.Jan Lokpal bill will be inferior type of solution to curb corruption because it will give rise to new problems like  harassment of you and your family.

 3.Those who can do corruption can also  harass you and your family various ways when you point  out about corruption.  

 4.So jan lokpal bill can be passed and followed with emphasis on adopting recent procedures/practices which are result of advances in science and technology and eliminates chances of corruption

 5.Better understanding of impact of language, the social institution marriage , also to be included to make systems corruption proof.

 6.We can always take examples like computerised reservation in railways and air ways. if we  compare old ways how reservations were made and the way it is done now, we find it is good and corruption free.

 7.The admission into engineering and medical colleges through entrances, computerised evaluation and allotment of seats is another example of corruption free procedures

 8.Replacing interviews by computerised writen tests

 9.Computerised voting/voting by e-machines. Sometimes half computerisation and half manual systems give corruption. Though common  people think it is computerised system.

 10.In allotment activities groups of similar things should be made so that     options are more and preferences can be taken(example house etc.)

 11.In offices the performance of an employee should be evaluated using fully computerised evaluation because promotion gives more power prestige and facilities and when performance is evaluated by human being  chances of corruption will be there

 12.Use of computerisation systems/automation/use of machines to reduce manual labour should be adopted/introduced in places where human involvement gives corruption.

 13.In many activities in offices (finance, HR) though computerised systems are used but still not computerised completely. These systems procedures give corruption and should  be corrected.

14.Giving more option of language (ex: 1 language of the state, 2 English , 3 Hindi, 4 one language from south : Telugu ) so that one can follow any  communication correctly without taking help of others. Because   chances of corruption will be more when one can not follow a communication correctly and depends on others.

15.Marriageable age for male and female can be made equal 19 years. This will give the message: equal maturity, qualification and capability for both the sex . Difference in age at the time of marriage gives different importance and status to both the partners and results in many problems of gender discrimination.
