Air India makes a daily operating Loss of 14-15 crores !!! annual loss in fiscal 08-09 was a SMALL SUM of 4000 Crores !!!It has a debt of 16,000 Crores,employs 31,000 people(most of them inefficient),has 210 persons per aircraft (One of the highest in the world !!!) Only 10% of the flights cover OPERATIONAL COSTS !! REST MAKE LOSSES !!!

Gulf /Middle east sector has the highest FARE existing on any route in the world as per IATA Statistics, and who travels on that sector ? 80% of the passengers are Indian workers,toiling in the Middle East heat & Sun to earn their living. It's almost like stealing from the beggars pot to improve the lifestyle of the wealthy !

These are hard facts known to one and all,still we are all silent !!

The New Delhi Airport ,Newly refurbished with Billions of Public Money ,with a single day Shower, had water leakages all over !!

However our Union Minister Mr Praful Patel becomes the Aviation head for the second term, NO ACCOUNTABILITY !!!

The Indian Television and Media,goes Gung ho over "Rakhi ka Swayamvar ", Shah rukh Khan detention at Newark Airport, Jaswant singh being sacked from BJP and you have Big discussions and forums in television !!!

Why no channel grills the Ministers on these lapses ! Why cant the Media time and again make headlines on incompetencies of the Ministers through public debates / Forums etc.

The Indian Middle Class has a Big Role to play,as apart from being a substantial portion of the Population,is also probably the most inteleectual Class,and they need to start a movement. INDIA needs the Middle Cklass to wake up, educate the Lower Class about their rights,point out the wrong doings of the Elite / Politicians /and bueracrats in order for their future generation to live in an enlightened and progressive INDIA.

Lets all question the Govt on various matters collectively,help the existing NGO's to strive, by helping them, and donating to their causes.

A thought in this line is long pending, in the minds of average Indian, so lets do it !
