Hi, this is Maurine from Country Club. Congratulation, you have won a Gift Voucher from our hotel Country Club.

            I received a call who was explaining this statement. I was just surprised that how this hotel got my mobile no. I discussed with my colleagues and my reporting manager and little bit convinced to receive this voucher. Further to say, I was not too eager to go Dubai (More than 20 Km from my residence). Next day, again I got a call from the same call center and somewhat explaining the same thing. It was Friday Evening. I thought it might be a good outing along with family.

            We decided to visit Dubai. Country club location is near to Bur Dubai, Bus Stand. So, we reached very easily to the Bus Stand. It was little difficult to find a cab to reach hotel. I got one taxi after little struggle. When we reached hotel I come to know that the person who was calling me is not known to the reception. Then I made enquiry to some other staff of the hotel. They assured me to stay for some minutes. We started to wait. Then one staff whispered me: Please come into the dining area and he also ordered a glass of water to the waiter. Waiting has been more than 10 min. I couldn’t stop myself to order some snacks and drinks. As I received my drinks, the representative of that call center arrived.

            A very young boy started a sweet discussion with me. I found him very descent and good to explain the fact. He explained all the facts about the hotel. Then I come to know that they are making a presentation to make me a member for 25 years.  It was pretty surprising for me to have membership for 25 years. My eyes were left open for few moments. Then, the representative took me inside the hotel and tried to convince with the facility of the Hotel like BAR, SALOON, SPA, SWIMMING POOL, MEDICINAL Treatment, GYM etc. However, it was very simple for me to see these item as these are the necessary parts of the good hotels. However, it was a good that my family got a chance to see all these things. They were very happy. However, it was the best service that a hotel can offer, I was convinced to take the membership.

            Then, one of the gentlemen joined our meeting. He introduced himself as a Manager of that team. He was very aggressive and insisted me to accept their offer. I had no such plan when I was leaving my residence so I refused to do so. He then told me that GIFT VOUCHER will be mailed to you and finished the duty. We came out from the hotel. We were just discussing that he might not send the voucher. I received a call before I reached home regarding the confirmation to check inbox as they had sent the voucher. So it was a happy ending.

            Now let me know from you all that is it advisable to have a membership for next 25 years for a Hotel or any one of you have this membership?
