It is a known fact that the Intelligence department warned about this attack prior (2 days back) to the attack. But what steps had been taken with regard of this warning? If we are unable to control even after the warning triggered by the Intelligence department, it is the matter of fact that we are so negligent to act faster against terrorism. We still wanted to showcase our identity as “things will happen in its own” manner. As long as we have our thought in this fashion, terrorists are not going to leave any opportunity to execute their terrors.

Though we are lagging behind on addressing the base issue, it is inevitable to turn ourselves to understand where we are. The home minister should chair 1^st level meetings in all Metropolitan cities with state administration and also with high command police personnel’s to improve the situation which seems too worse now. If needed, there should be a centralized agency or force to track this kind of higher level issue which destructs the peace of our Nation. If needed, the state must completely co-operative with the centralized decisions so that there will be a unanimous action to be taken against this kind of terror activities.

There should be more security check in cities and stations and junctions and wherever people gather. People must be notified about warnings and so as to be extra care wherever they go. There should be more alert and awareness to be created among the people that if someone seems to be a threat and it is to be escalated to the local police stations and this should be dealt it with more seriousness. These are the immediate actions/steps to be taken from the side of home ministry and officials wherein we are bringing a change in the process and we call it as “A new protocol to be followed hereafter”. We are just in a moment to show the world that we can stop somehow a great disaster, sorry, at least a little terror.
