Hello friends today I am discussing about how to create tables in a Word document & how to fill data in it?
Tables are important part of word file you can systematically arrange the data with the help of tables.
How to create a table:-
Click on Table menu >>Insert >> Table.
A dialog box of insert table will appear on the screen. Fill the details of the table like column = 5 & Row = 3.
A table will appear on the screen like this:-

Fill the given data as per your requirement.
You can easily resize, colour, or edit the table.

Tips & Tricks:-

If you want to insert any column in the table, select the column & then right click on it. Select insert column. & then click on it. A new column will appear on the table.

Same follows with the rows.

To add new row press “Tab” on the last end corner column.

Always see the print preview before taking the printout, because the setting of the table some times not appropriate according to the page.

Auto fit the contents to remove extra space in the columns.
-
Use pencils & eraser to customize the table, for adding or removing lines.
