I know some guardians, who stop their children to do MBA because of recession. Their preparation for MBA entrance, GD, PI all has gone to hell. The mental condition of those children (not basically children, but youths) is very sad now. However those youths are trying to find there career in other field, but it is not as easy as it looks.

Recession is a condition which will not lie for more than 2 years in India. So many sectors of our industry are affected by it basically sectors which are directly related to America. But Indian economy is not in as bad condition as American economy. Now the situation is poor for the students who are in the stage of completion of the course in MBA, MCA, B.tech. etc.

Being an MBA Student I think that, the doors are still not closed for the students like us. We can start our career with a small amount salary with any company. That is because experience does matters, if we got some work ex. Then we can go for some more openings. It is good to do something for a small amount, instead of staying in home & reading news about recession. If we drop a job only because of low salary, then we loose an opportunity to get experience.

In this recessionary period doing any professional degree course can give a golden chance for future. We can’t live in dark for a long time, it will sunrise ever & that first light will give us new prospects for life.
