Stop Raging
‘Raging’, when we heard this word it images like an evil having 2 horns on head & a big open mouth with gazing eyes. I don’t know why senior students want to prove themselves as bosses in front of juniors. I know they will be boss in future but why to show it off. I am going to be senior soon (from July), but I’ll never try to prove my self as a senior in front of my juniors. If I am having that kind of personality which can influence them definitely they will give me respect.
My seniors in Jagran Institute of Management are really helpful for all of us. I started talking with them like my faculties, (we call them Sir & M’am), some of my seniors are like my elder sisters, they used to ask me about me, my studies, friends etc. I know I will miss them in coming trimester.
In our college, there was some confusion, when we entered. But our faculties introduced us with our seniors. After few weeks we started talking them like our guides. We have taken notes, last year papers, tips for exams & presentation, their SIP details etc. etc from them.
I thing as a junior one should try to give respect to the senior, no matter how well he/she is in studies. But it doesn’t mean that one should start flattering in front of seniors. The tone should be soft always. I am writing all this because these things works in jobs too, when you are in any organization with boss(es). As an upcoming senior I’ll always try to help my juniors when ever required, but never expect that I’ll help them only when they will come & say me “Bhiksham Dehi” (bagging).
So finally all the best for all my friends who are going to be senior & super seniors soon & also best wishes for them who will face the college for first time.
Joint your hand and pray to GOD! ………
“hope this year we will not read any raging case in News papers & internet & TV”
say AAMEEN……………..
