Mental health is very important factor of our life. Now every one is busy in there studies/ job/ business/ and family. We don’t have time for our self, don’t have time to meditate, but one thing we can do we can consult to the psychologist for mental problems,not for medicines but for therapy & counseling specially . Now we have to remove this mentality that the psychiatrist and psychologist are the doctors for Mad peoples.
One can be successful easily but if he/ she is not taking care of their mind then they will be unable to sustain their success. So give some time to your self too & try to be happy in life.
Phobia is a very common disease in the whole world. It is a stage where your fear extend to its extreme, means ‘unreasoning fear’, in its starting stage it appears like a common fear but when the phobic situation comes in front of the person he looses control & start behaving abnormally.
Some facts about phobia:
A phobia (taken from the Greek word phóbos, "fear"), or morbid fear', is an irrational, intense, persistent fear of certain situations, activities, things, or people. The main symptom of this disorder is the excessive, unreasonable desire to avoid the feared subject. When the fear is beyond one's control, or if the fear is interfering with daily life, then a diagnosis under one of the anxiety disorders can be made.
Agoraphobia is a fear of public places, and claustrophobia is a fear of closed-in places. If you become anxious and extremely self-conscious in everyday social situations, you could have a social phobia. Other common phobias involve tunnels, highway driving, water, flying, animals and blood.
People with phobias try to avoid what they are afraid of. If they cannot, they may experience
- Panic and fear
- Rapid heartbeat
- Shortness of breath
- Trembling
- A strong desire to get away
Treatment helps most people with phobias. Options include medicines, therapy or both.
