someone said "Change is Good" !!!'
At the Beginning of the year or on our birthday, many of us think 'I should change some things about myself'.

What do you really want to change ?
what characteristic you want have ?
Who you want to become?
How much wealth you want to accumulate?
What is your motivation ?

I believe most of us make the list of shopping or plans for special days but not many people make the list of goals of life/business/career. We make goals in our mind but what drives us to the goal?
The answer is motivation.
There may be some things you would like to improve but let's say many of those are like "Don't wants"
For example:

I don't want to be poor - so I should make more money
I don't want to be Fat so I should loose some weight.
I don't want to work as a junior-i should do something to get promotion.
I don't want to smoke anymore-i should quit smoking for my health and also to save my money
etc. etc....


Where is the motivation? Generally, in many cases getting away from things that have become habits, is not so helpful or effective when you are still focused on or thinking about "Don't wants".


You say words in your head to remind yourself of times you may have "Failed" in the past, which creates lousy feelings and sometimes feelings of disappoinments, which eventually makes you to take no action because you are not too sure if it will work or not? You don't know where to begin.
Many motivational trainers will ask you to stand infront of the mirror and advising you to tell yourself "Day by day, i am getting better and better!!!" It's not going to work.
It's like going to a restaurant and being asked to cook the food.
It's you who will change yourself.

So, How can you be motivated to create the desired change ?
What would you to get what you want?

Think about what you really want .
In order to create the "Do want" it is necessary to first make a picture of it in your mind.

What are the reasons why you should think of what you really want ?
For example:

If I make more money I can be able to do more of the things I love.
If i loose weight , i would look good, attractive and my confidence will be improved.
If i do more sales, i will have more chances to get promoted.
If i quit smoking i will live healthy life and i can save some money.

Once you make pictures of "it"(what you truly want) frequently in your head and manifest the feeling of what that would really be like, you are now living through it.

Your unconscious mind cannot tell the difference, between do and don'ts. It just follows your command.
Many sports coaches who used the technique of having Team members visualize making goals, had greater success rate on the field than those who didn't. It is actually proved.
Why records are made and broken often because there is no such thing as record. It is just a barrier for limited time and sooner or later it will be surpassed.

You can score your own goals at home whenever you like, and build feelings that generate excitement about your experience. Get yourself complete in the visualisation mentally and physically. Feel the sensation of achieving your goal.


The more you Practice the better you become at the game.
