Selection of leaders....now its time to election.....
Few days ago I saw a TV program in which one anchor goes to a big mall in heart of our India means in Delhi,45 days after 26/11.Obviously the visitors of that mall must be educated & high profile persons.She asked some questions there like
1)Who is the President of UPA?
2)Who is our Home Minister?
3)who is our Finance Minister?
4)abt relation between Indira Gandhi,Nehru or abt M.K.Gandhi etc etc..
I was surprised no..no..I was shocked only 30-40% of them were right.more then that they have given wrong answers and not ignored by saying 'i do not know'.They made Rahul Gandhi President of UPA, Manmohan Singh as HM..There must be any reason ,can be two, behind this...
1)THEY ARE REALLY BUSY PERSONS even they do not find little time to know what is happening in India.
or 2)THEY ARE WEAK IN GK.
I am not interested in GK of personal.My point of interest is first one.If they do not find enough time to know things and situation then how they VOTE their candidate in election?How do they come to know that who is better? Do they go for voting?
If this is the case of Delhi what can we expect about our other states and there public which is not as educated as those people in mall at this instant without ignoring metros and other big cities.AND THIS HAS BEEN REVEALED MANY TIMES THAT IN BIG CITIES % OF VOTING ALWAYS REMAINS 60-70%.How many of metro city public find time to vote?
I think these are more than GK which are very easy and this raise some questions which are,I think,raised many times in many minds :How our leaders got selected every time for any department?Do public know only there areas M.P. or M.L.A. In villages,which is huge 'VOTE BANK',how M.P./M.L.A. got selected every time.
Among our leaders many of them do not their work honestly and it is apparent and our country is becoming more & more corrupt day by day.Will we come out of this any time in future.I think this will require a 'Krantikari Parivartan' and of course WORK MORE THAN SAYINGS,unlike our NETAS.
My mind is boggling and has so many questions like this from a long time and this is the right platform.But right now I want to stop here.
