All type of vehicles in the world use natural resources of mineral oils as fuel. Everyday millions of vehicles use these natural resources in the form of petrol/ diesel/ kerosene. Since so many years, our experts’ teams are working for finding out alternative and easily available sources which will be cheap in price and high on quality, safety. They have found out some as Bio-fuels, Electronic batteries, Solar batteries, etc. but will those sources will be useful and easy to use?

Bio-fuels are eco-friendly too but to prepare them, it takes long procedure as well as time. and they are insufficient as compared to requirement. Electronic batteries... they are good option but heavy in weight and have to be charges frequently than filling petrol. Solar batteries cheap, light in weight, but can not be used in monsoon or night in absence of Sun.

Science has god one more alternative among other few, that is Hydrogen can be used as fuel and it can be one of the good alternatives. As per research, liquid hydrogen is adequate and most easily available source on Earth. It won’t pollute the air with CO2 as petrol does, it will exert water in the form of steam.

There are two ways of using hydrogen as fuel. We can use it in the form of liquid at temperature of 253 degrees Celsius, below zero (Hydrogen coverts into liquid form). Being explosive like petrol, it can be used in vehicles. But process for separating hydrogen from water, converting it into liquid, storage and distribution will be quite expensive and risky. And these vehicles with H2 fuel will not be 'cup of tea' for common man.

To overcome this science gave birth to HFC (Hydrogen Fuel Cell). It works on principle exactly opposite that of Electrolysis Process (It separates hydrogen and oxygen from water). In fuel cell, H2 and O2 are processed together to form water and is exerted outside in the form of steam.

If a car uses 300 (approx.) fuel cells, it can produce 50 KW electric energy. Used cells can easily be replaced and reused. Pollution problem will also be solved as CO2 will be replaced with water (Steam). But question of Global Warming comes in picture. But it can be reduced with few up gradations in HFC technology.

So now we can think of Hydrogen as 'Future Fuel' if technology for HFC works successfully and satisfactorily.

So Keep Driving...!!!
