In recent times the common topic we often discuss is Educational inequality in which every one agrees with 100%. Why students from urban backgrounds are more successful in college level, and why do these advantages persist over time? The answers are many like Difference in the economic, cultural, and social combine to preserve privilege across generations. Signs of change in economic inequalities affecting schooling are modest. Policymakers increasingly recognize that unequal school financing across school districts is unfair, and some are taking steps to reduce these inequalities. But this trend will do little to reduce the major advantages students from families with more economic resources have over students from families with fewer resources. The most important resources tend to operate at the individual level, so they are unaffected by changes in the redistribution of collective funds for education.

It’s difficult to predict how a rigorous system will completely removes the educational Inequalities between the rural and urban students. Apart from the Several combined solutions, direct impact on the education is through Schools only.

The Standard of Education Received in the Rural and Urban has wide difference, which is major factor that enables the urban students to do more than the Rural.

And the most important Factor to be noted here is Eligibility of the Rural Schools to Deliver Quality Education.

Providing Standard education in the Elementary and High School level in Rural Sector will prepare and enable the students to compete in the next level equally with the urban students
