Vodafone's slogan is "HAPPY TO HELP YOU", where as their real attitude is "HAPPY TO HARASS YOU".

I am from Vadodara, Gujarat. Fad up with the services of Vodafone, I decided to change the service provider. For this purpose I sent a SMS "PORT 9978338522" over 1900 on 12th October, 2011. But they denied to provide UPC code by giving absurd reasons and ask me to contact back after 48 hours. Since then when ever I try to contact back, they repeat the same story and ask me to wait 48 hours and not providing the UPC code.

In this connection I wrote to all respective authorities including TRAI and Telecom Minister, Mr. Kapil Sibal but all in deaf ears.

It seems company has bribed very highly from top to bottom and taken rights for flouting every rule.

I am posting the voice conversations, I had with their supervisor Mr. Raymond and leaving the matter on you readers to decide whether to continue availing the services of Vodafone will be in your interests and you may also have not got trapped by Vodafone, if you are availing their services?

I am making this fact published not only to make aware of the untrustworthy services of Vodafone but also to alert all those whoever thinking of availing Vodafone services may be now or in future, to think twice before starting availing Vodafone services.  

ITS TIME TO STOP SUPPORTING OUR "JAI CHANDS" WHO ALLOWS "PHIRANGIES" TO RULE US THE WAY THEY WANT.
