MMS may have coalition compulsions not to speak ill of his colleagues from coaliation parties until SC steps in and Government is forced to act. He may have his inner party compulsions in not acting against Sharad Pawar even though skeletons have come out of his cupboard due to efforts of a clean CM Prithviraj Chavan. He may also justify his silence in the Vadra affair because that could have annoyed his boss Sonia Gandhi. But this time he needs to answer as to why he shifted Jaipal Reddy from Oil Ministry? Media and all right thinking people believe that you did it to appease RIL but your chosen successor for Reddy, another man of integrity( Thank God you did not bring back Murli Deora) Veerappa Moily promised faster decision making in the ministry. 

Rumours are that your men at PMO were pushing for a price revision and even your AG has said that EGOM can take a decision in contravention to earlier decision of not awarding a price revision since the matter is only of policy and not of any law. the eased out minister it is alleged to have prepared a note to  you as how detrimental it will be to the exchequer to award a mid way through escalation and how the company is using black mailing tactics to create artificial scarcity of gas by lower production in order to get a price revision. You should make all these public and then justify as how you felt decision making delays is the reason for Reddy's shift.
