After the parting of ways between Anna and his disciple Arvind Kejriwal, things took a turn from bad to worse with Arvind targeting Salman for some alleged swindling of public funds meant for physically challenged people administred by Ministry of Social Welfare- by trusts run by his family. the Zakir Hussain Trust it was alleged swindled amount in excess of 75 lakhs under pretext of providing aids to the physically challenged which were either never disbursed or claimed to have been disbursed to non existent beneficiaries. This was a serious charge and the Minister took on the IAC holding a press conference where in he produced evidences in the form of photos for having conducted camps and produced a beneficiary claimed to have not received the doles or aids. There was counter charges from IAC and this time Salman lost his cool challenging Arvind as to whether he will return safe after going to his constituency to protest against this swindle. He later retracted having ever threatened him but the damage was done. 

This time, Salman found himself elevated to MEA for no evident act of talent. I have always found former MEA Mr.SM Krishna tobe the worst of all our ministers and he fumbled on many occasions. Salman was the first to arrive to defend Robert Vadra in his land deals with DLF claiming that he will give his life defending his leader Sonia. It is this war cry of sychopancy that seems to weighed in when the cabinet was reshuffled. The timing of the elevation is bad even though Salman could actually be doing a better job as MEA than Krishna.( any one would certainly do a better job than Krishna ) That Krishna was shown the door obviously because of indictment in Express high way corridor case and also because of his ageing is no secret but Kapil Sibal and Anand sharma could have been better choices rather than the controversial Salman. This again proves that sychopancy has its rewards too
