CAG admirers say that CAG is a constitutional authority and all his subordinates need to obey him. It is the CAG who should have taken his teamalong while submitting his report. Else he should have allowed the dissent note separately and recorded his readings of the dissent.

CAG stoutly defended his inflated figures. In an industry where the total earnings of all telecomcompanies put together is about 100000 crores and at 20% return on sales, the Earnings beforeDepreciation,taxation and amortisation will only be 20000 crores. Assuming 50%of this is due to 2Glicences, the incremental EBDITA is 10000 crores which necessasitates the investor who should have paid 1.73 lac crores to buy this intangibleasset called spectrum as CAG surmises, should wait for 17 years to recover his investment. Only a fool will attempt to invest in an asset with a pay back of 17years( without adjusting for inflation that too)

CAG while speaking at the passing out day parade of civil servants at Lal Bahadur Academy remarked that the present government  has enormous amount of trust deficit. That was a political statement and no one condemned him. He was misusing his constitutional immunity. 

Again in his Hindu college alumni day address, CAG has exhorted the silent majority to wake up and take up issues. He remarked because the majority chose to be silent,  a miniscule minority which has romped home to power dictates terms.He was again making a political statement unbecoming of his office. His dear elite urban supporters always do not believe nor participate in parliamentary democracy while majority of our poor from rural areas come out in large numbers to vote. The elitist opinion is that these rural voters sell votes for liquor and cash.IT is those elitists who are minority and the majority always take democratic exercise more seriously. CAG has some hidden agenda and one could watch out when in 2014, if opposition manage to unseat Congress.,CAG willhave a much more serious responsibility in a future government for all his watchdog functioning. That time, you could see my prophecy about this man's intentions are not indeed for public cause but to facilitate some one to settle politicalissues.
