Leading a team should a win-win proposal for its leader, its team players and consequently for the whole company when you create an inspiring vision to be shared enthusiastically with the members of your team with the intention of creating a strong feeling of purpose that may be helpful to propel to your team to fulfill satisfactorily the goals scheduled for the project even in rough times.

Being a people-oriented teal leader while you are being faithful to your own values and principles is really significant and essential if you want have peace of mind and at the same time you want to have teams really motivated and engaged.

If you are a supportive team player capable to be collaborative with your co-workers when is required; you are appreciative toward your subordinates when you recognize, reward and celebrate the successes achieved by integrant of your teams and you are communicative to share with your co-workers information related to strategic alignment and business strategy you are then building the pathway where personal satisfaction, employee engagement, passionate attitude and extraordinary achievements will make even more satisfactory the science and art of being an ethical, appreciative and supportive professional.

In my professional life, I have applied consistently my personal values and principles and I have felt satisfied with the sense of purpose, the contentment of having been helpful for the organization where I have worked and the pride of having been a mentor and an example for younger workers. The values that lead my ethic as follow:

1. Commitment: The passion, responsibility and accountability that have characterized my involvement in my different professional ventures are instrumentals to provide real satisfaction to my clientele and hence to build long term professional relationships of mutual benefit.

2. Integrity: In a customer driven market where positive personality traits are so important to build mutual trust and respect, my own values and principles: Honesty, Truthfulness and Sincerity have guided me always in the goal of building a superior customer experience where all the parties involved experiment grow and satisfaction from a win-win perspective.

3. Innovation: Applying a ground-breaking and creative approach based in my knowledge, experience, intuition and lateral thinking, I find enjoyable when I can be instrumental to help to others in building a competitive advantage and a key factor of differentiation for the corporate framework.

4. Truthfulness: Being a team leader and a manager where daily interaction with managers, co-workers and customers is usual I communicate my ideas, projects and dreams by using a frank and truthful language where mutual respect, due consideration and sincere appreciation have been essential in creating empathy and rapport to encourage trustful relationships with each and every employee belonging to the team, workgroup and department.

5. Humility: In teams and workgroups where I have worked, humility has been one of the key values that I have encouraged and that has helped me in the goal of creating cohesive, trustful and amalgamated teams where each one of us have had the humility of learning from failures, identifying the learned lessons that are implicit in the experience and regaining the confidence and empowerment that is required to make it better in the next opportunity.
