Avoid oily foods and sleep minimum 6 hours a day regularly to keep yourself fit. If you do exercise with instrument, that is fine. But if you are not habituated with instrumental exercise, don't start it abruptly. Free-hand exercise is sufficient. If you can do meditation for 2 to 3 minutes daily, your brain get rest. Meditation is much effective to improve your IQ and concentration power. It reduce your regular physical and mental stress of your body.

Sarbangasana helps to flow blood smoothly in our whole body and facilitate blood circulation all over the body. Child generally run and play. They don't need exercise. But adult need to do exercise to keep themselves fit. Take plenty fluid, and minimum 4 liter water a day to keep your kidney function properly. You will free from any stomach and kidney problem if you take minimum 4 liter water daily. Also water will keep your body screen smooth and bright.
We need to eat green vegetables regularly which are rich in vitamins, proteins, and minerals. Green vegetables help to improve your eye-sight. If your are a vegetarian, take milk regularly as milk is a balance diet. if a person conscious on his diet and perform regular exercise he can free from several diseases and keep himself fit.
