The deadly game, CISF at infy!
It is good, BUT,getting CISF cover should not be a fantasy matter to IT people. Already fraustrated para military forces may not tolerate certain unruly behaviours by the ultramodern IT people.They carry deadly weapons.They are not to abide by Adm manager/Facility manager or even top boss orders like those of untrained security guards!
A lession must be learnt from what had happened long ago in Assam tea gardens.To protect Tea gardens from routine extortions ,Assam Govt formed ASTSF(Assam spl Tea task Force)under state police with automatic weapons.The trouble started while the Indian gardens English styled managers started abusing them for not saluting, or not listening. They was asked to do personal works too.automatic weapons was asked for hunting etc...Later lot of managers was shot dead in such argument and hand fights.Finally Govt withdrawn them.
I wish KRN or IT top brass learns from the past-the deadly sequences that can only be seen in an English movie.Should not forget that all the central forces are under Central Govt.A respect or dignity too need be maintained.Paramilitary discipline and US styled system are hell and heaven.Enjoyable in a movie of Arnold.Not in real.They are deadly always.One shot is enough to close down all within seconds.They are not Karnataka police or STF as seen running for life. Lets see how far it runs. If they are well respected, hope they will be more friendly.They are like we all-away from home.
