Today there are about 79% families where both mother and father are working and are unable to spare time for their children, they are really unable to guide the child and explain him/her his morals and duty. Children are similar to clay which are in the hand of our teachers. These teachers are their potter as all the learning process starts from the school only. Today the role of a teacher in a student’s life is very crucial. Today play schools are becoming very popular where parents enroll their kids, and there the kid comes into contact with children of same age group, here the teachers become their most trusted friends as they teach the children to interact with others, open their minds to new activities, relations, thoughts and information.

We all know that without proper education we cannot progress, it is really mandatory for the bright future of the child that he should be enriched with the best level of the education. It is none other than the well trained, motivated teachers who actually act as a facilitator of education for the child and guide them and encourage them to become a good citizen of the society.

It is the teachers who create strong likes and dislikes for any subject among the students. The role of the teachers is not as easy, as we all know that children are the future of the country and it’s very necessary to educate the children properly so that they can be the strongest pillars of progress. It is really a difficult task to be a teacher as every child is different and has different speed of learning, understanding things. Every child has a different personality some are logical, some are emotional. Every child thinks differently. A teacher in any case has to love the child UNCONDITIONALLY. And their unconditional love brings the child close to them, make a bond which helps the teacher to educate the children and make them a good human.

It is true that the teachers are to be worshiped; they are the people who devote their time and themselves in building a normal child into an important part of the society. It is their devotion and hard work in making an educated and well groomed society .
