Single ? Lonely ? Rather Be Independent !
Learn to be Alone, Without being Lonely - FEEL THE SELF-INDEPENDENCE:
Busier and more hectic your life gets, the more people seem to surround you. The younger you are, you are subjected to a wide range of moods. We may be up one morning and down that evening or up and down several times in a given day. We are often bored and restless to the point of being unhappy for no clear reason. When we are not sought after and included in all activities of peers, our self-esteem takes a hit.
When we are lonely, we blame ourselves and resort to activities that exclude social contact or productivity, such as watching too much television or punishing our mind’s to think upon foolishness.
Most of us are scared of being alone, so scared that we never will go to great lengths to avoid it.
If we take some time for ourselves we will surely find out that living on your own is not all that different from living with someone.
Each one of us is likely to be alone at some point in our lives, so why not make it a habit which makes us Independent and Stress Free?
When you have the freedom to do everything that you want is known as Independency, but some of us take it as being lonely. A lot of individuals associate being in a relationship guarantees that they will not have to do things on their own. On the other side of it some of us believe you will have to do what your associate wants rather than what you want to do. But, when you both are on your own this is no longer an issue.
The relationship will be much more powerful if you are equal partners, for that to happen you have to learn to be independent. The best way to do that is to spend some time alone.
There have been odd scenario’s in which others know you better than you do. Also, allowing other’s to decide things for you just because they really know you better than you yourself do is not at all worthy.
Thus, eventually it is very important to get to know yourself, the things you like and don’t like your strong points and weaknesses. If you spend some time on your own you will get a chance to get to know yourself so that you can make choices on your own.
Being alone gives us a chance to grow, The more you crave time alone the more creative you become. Because, One of the English Proverb Says “Any professional who takes a sabbatical and spends some time alone returns refreshed mentally and spiritually."
