On 17th instant I have to attend Executive Meeting of Indian Psychiatric Society in Delhi.The main issue of agenda is to discuss revision in Mental Health Act 1987.My mind is cluttered with thoughts regarding this very important issue.I have countless information and suggestions which I have to arrange in a lucid and succinct manner so that I can convey my message to august body of colleagues.
