Just because there is a recession and everything is not amazing, does not mean that there is no longer money to be made from property investment overseas, especially when you look at some countries that are actually doing ok financially and have not been hit as hard as others.

In fact, you could argue that as an investor or buyer, now has never been a better time to buy, because you can snap up cheaper properties and the rental demand is generally stronger, as long as you are not looking at things from a tourist point of view. For example, buying a beach front property might not ideal in terms of rental as there are less people holidaying overseas, but, buying a city apartment or flat is still sound due to the domestic use of this property.

When it comes to overseas property investment, there is still money to be made, bargains to be found and deals to be had, you just need to be a bit more careful in your research and spend a bit longer looking at the figures.
