Being a start up came across many hurdles to create alliances and control employee attrition but now with all my experience it is getting lot better obviously when you have many industry contacts you get better return's so you can always pay better to your employees..

Prized Accomplishment(s):
Getting a start Up from build from 2 individuals company to 50 individuals.
Achieving a milestones 10 times higher than what was set at inception!!
Achieving a steady revenue of 1 million.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
It has changed lot, at the time of joining we were only two individuals and now we are close to 50 this results in better respect around individuals and also in society
Growth Strategy:
Leading a team of professionals from various background's, Helping them learn and also learning from them.
Building industry contacts and improving client base.
Required Reading:
Books from Harvard Review are helpful for young professionals to get on with.
Apart from these they should build strong base on upcoming technologies.
Advice For New Professionals:
Build strong Basics and analytical skills with a bit of commen sense.
