's Story
The Journey So Far:
I quit my last job in March 2007 to take up entrepreneurship. My growth was satisfactory to me, I learnt and contributed to the system and processes wherever I worked.
I am enjoying my entrepreneurship days as well, at the same time it has been very very challenging though.
Job Profile:

The Decisions That Matter
All my decisions have been bold. I quit a PSU job, few MNCs, but all along I had a desire to learn. I keep learning at fast rate and once I am done, I search for opportunities to learn. This has helped me most of the times at the same time it has been my undoing at times.
Career Profile:
Most of the jobs are straight jacketed, which is not there in my current role. I have that flexibility to decide and work out something that I do the best.
Working Life Management:
Truely it has been a daunting task for an entrepreneur, I feel the need to give more time to my family.

Growth Strategy:
I keep reading, writing, teaching talking to young persons. Most of the time I assure that there is a brighter side, help them to realize their own potential.
Other Thoughts:
Most of the issues now a days can be addressed by having an attitude of caring for others and trying to make the world a better place than we inherited. It should be a conscious thought in our daily work.
Required Reading:
Few books that shaped my thoughts are "Siddhartha" by Herman Hesse, "Rich Dad Poor Dad" "My experiments with Truth", & "Livingstone Seagull".
Advice For New Professionals:
