Degrees That Matter:
I do not require any Degree/Certificates but there is a need of hour that's why I am pursuing MBA.
Working Life Management:
As a professional when I move towards office I think only about professional work,at home I think about home.
Plans For The Future:
I want see myself on the top and I have started working on that.Having 20 years 10 months experience there is no value of that experience in civil.Everbody thinks that fauji hai yaar,inko sirf goli chalani aati hai.But I am proud to be a soldier because Indian Air Force given me a lot.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
My present position,I got my recognition.
Changes In The Professional Environment:
I took VRS from Indian Air Force in Nov 2008 after serving 20 Years 10 Months.After my retirement,I can compare the professional environment in Air Force.In Air Force everything is systematic and in Civil there is a no system.Even a peon dare to sit on the chair of boss in his/her absence.
Growth Strategy:
I am a post graduate in Political Science.An incident took place during my interview at an organization,the head of board questioned my 'Competence Certificate'that day itself I decided to pursue MBA.I share my experience with my subordinates regularily.
Other Thoughts:
Veteran Soldiers of this country should not be neglected.
Advice For New Professionals:
If you have the ability to prove yourself nobody dare to stop you to be on top,be loyal to your work,be loyal to your organization,be punctual,be disciplined,try to learn if you get new things in your profession because there is no end of learning.
Role Model:
My father is my role model because he has discharged his social obligations with atmost care & responsibility.Mother is a pillar of any family.She guides her children in a right way but my father in absence of my mother played both the roles fantastically.I am very proud to have such a nice father.
