The Journey So Far:
I joined Hindalco Industries Limited as a GET after doing my engineering.After extensive 8 months training I was selected for project.I start my career in a brownfield project and this project gave me an ample opportunity to interact with different corporate people.After that I joined L&T in design
Job Profile:
I'm the key engineer for doing the project with which I involved.I look after some bid areas of the project.I do detail design of water & utility system of blast furnace project.
Career Profile:
Huge.Previously I handled project execution and project management.Now I'm doing design.Totally different job.

Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
Working Life Management:
Simple.I forget everything about my job after leaving my office and I tried to avoid any technical discussion in my home and other place other than office.In office I'm truly professional and my family even can't recognise my when I'm in job.I always try to be light mood in office.

My professional environment changed me a lot.In my college days I was shy and my personality was little bit gloomy.After joining my 1st company I became smart and my personality developed.Through lot of training time to time from my company made me a balanced person, professional with humanity
Other Thoughts:
I always believe in integrity and commitment.Don't like to be diplomatic if it is actually requires and avoid to be.No body can't stop me if I'm hard-working knowledgeable.I don't like to be serious.Its better to be sincere rather than serious.
