Career Profile:
My current role involves more of a Training & Transactional Quality standardization and structuring whereas my previous role was more specific and confined to training and development only.
Degrees That Matter:
I recommend that incase you want to build a career in training then you should pickup some certifications like ASTD or ISTD or atleast something on the facilitation skills, this would surely give you a strong base. Incase you want to join the Management then PMP,Six Sigma,COPC are good to have Cert.

Working Life Management:
Well this is difficult in the world today as the demands from the work have increased many folds, however we all need to understand that family is equally important if not more. Thus, I ensure that even If I have to stretch and complete my work I do that in the office and not bring my work home.
Done Differently:
I guess I would be more aggressive than what I am - As at times people take you very likely otherwise.
Plans For The Future:
I have been eying the profile of Business Development for a while as I feel that is one area wherein I can utilize my skills the best besides Training and development and Quality assurance, so I would surely be moving ahead on the same path.
Prized Accomplishment(s):
Being able to give my 110% to my work is something that I am proud of and I am sure my seniors and juniors will acknowledge this fact.
Growth Strategy:
Well I believe that one should never stop learning, you may want to pickup a certification program or some course to enhance your capabilities and build on your existing skill set. Also, ensure that your team is learning and learn from them, this is what i do to grow and develop myself
