Listen to others carefully and make a note of the task to be done. For few months then it will become a habit. Never argue with anyone they will drag you in to trouble.

I love working and love my family more. But everything will get the same treatment. If one is ON other will be OFF in my case good that I was able to manage the same way till this years.

Commitment and dedication After my 6+ years of experience. I still fear if any task is assigned that it can be delivered on time with 100% quality on not. This is the key to my success and still surviving in the IT industry.
