Listen to others carefully and make a note of the task to be done. For few months then it will become a habit. Never argue with anyone they will drag you in to trouble.

I'm from a middle class family and My mom made me to sit in this position. From the day one she struggled a lot to see me in some position where she can feel proud.

Being Creative and think beyond borders then only any development you or some one did will be cracked. So that we can give a quality solution to the customers. Never give a chance to others to crack your code :)
My achievement

I love working and love my family more. But everything will get the same treatment. If one is ON other will be OFF in my case good that I was able to manage the same way till this years.

Commitment and dedication After my 6+ years of experience. I still fear if any task is assigned that it can be delivered on time with 100% quality on not. This is the key to my success and still surviving in the IT industry.
