I had suggested many times on this forum and on many other forums that Ramdeo and Anna and their team should try to take the support of opposition parties on the issue of price rise, corruption and terrorism & naxalism to oust the most corrupt party from power.  I once again request leaders of opposition group to shed their personal differences, come together in the interest of the country and dethrone Manmohan Singh and his party Congress Party from power. Nation needs better party or group of party to rule people of India and not an ideally perfect and hundred percent honest political party of group of parties because the later is practically quite impossible proposition.

I once again reiterate that support of opposition parties is unavoidable to precipitate situation like that created by Jai Prakash Narayan in 1972-74. After all India believes in Parliamentary democracy and there is no immediate threat to majority possessed by UPA in Parliament despite all stories of Corruption. It is only when elections are ordered voters will get an opportunity to teach a lesson to dictatorship of Congress Party led UPA’s.   I hope media will not misinterpret a few wins of Congress Party in bye-election held in the recent past.

”Chori upar Sinachori “       type policy is the old culture of ruling Congress Party and it faces no challenge till they see any threat to their power. They diplomatically tease the party BJP on communal and pseudo secularism to maintain disunity among opposition parties. They usually use the tools of Quota and secularism to win the hearts of backward and Muslims but never did anything good for them.

The moment they realize that Unity of Opposition parties is real and alarming and there is an immediate threat to their survival they will immediately try to add Anna team or Ramdeo or any enemy into their fold. We should not forget that Congress Party led by Sonia Gandhi did not even hesitate to take the support of DMK to form the government even though they knew very well that DMK is one of main accused in killing of Rajiv Gandhi. Petrol price came down in last few days and government is constrained to keep in abeyance the proposal of FDI in retail only because of real threat to power posed by hardcore leader Mamata Banerjee

When Indira Gandhi lost election petition filed by Raj Narayan in Allahabad court she clamped emergency in the country and all prominent leaders of opposition parties were arrested early in the next morning. Excesses were committed during emergency and people were forced to surrender before dictatorship of rulers. After 20 months of torture, all leaders of all opposition parties realized that their unity was very much necessary to oust Dictator Indira Gandhi.

Time has once again come and need of the hour is that leaders of all opposition parties extend their whole hearted support to Anna and Ramdeo. Otherwise days are not far when they would face the same music as they faced during emergency. Ramdeo was tortured; Bal Krishna was tortured like anything and members of Anna Team is being continuously tortured on flimsy and false ground but tax evaders like Hasan Ali has been released.

If Anna Team also fails like Ramdeo Baba I think it would be the greatest blow to fight against corruption and the consequence will be unprecedented rise in arbitrary rule of Congress Party. Price rise, corruption, black money and terror activities will rise by leaps and bounds and government will never act against actual evil doers.

It is desirable that prominent youth leaders, students of all colleges, and all social activities come together and extend voluntary support to Anna team. It is less possible that employees of any office will extend support to Anna Team or Ramdeo Baba because most of them are indulged in corrupt practices. It is the time to strengthen and empower Anna Team as much as possible to teach a lesson to shameless team of Congress Party leaders who are committing blunder after blunder, scam after scam and still threatening to peaceful activists.

 I therefore request Anna Team to give enough value to leaders of opposition parties who are ready to support them. They should not fear Congress Party who plead that Anna is backed by RSS and BJP. It is very much necessary that a national party support a national movement for its grand success.

Lastly I make an earnest appeal to Team Anna not to insist for inclusion of Group C and D employees in the ambit of Jan Lokpal Bill at least in the beginning. I suggest so because if number of cases goes up and adequate manpower is not provided by the government, any court in the country or CBI or any regulating bodies which are supposed to control corruption and injustice cannot perform satisfactorily.

Lack of manpower in government offices is one of various reasons which contribute in rise of corruption, non performance and bad performance and which delays justice at all levels and in all offices. As such if only top ranked officers, MPs, MLAs, officers of CBI, CVC and top rated corporate and NGOs are only taken in the Jurisdiction of Jan Lokpal Bill, I think the proposed Lokpal will perform swiftly and judiciously.

It is time to avoid controversies and reconcile with the available system to cure the existing system and to dream of achieving unachievable goals in one stroke. After all when top officers are honest, bottom level employees will automatically discard corruption in fear of punishment through internal disciplinary procedures. Dirty water flows from the top to bottom and not from bottom to top. When top officers are honest, they will not give preference to flattery and bribery and they will slowly learn to award good performers and learn how to create good culture among subordinates..

Of course at later stage pressures may be built for inclusion of group C and group D employees too. Similarly the viewpoint of the ruling party not to include the  post of Prime Minister in the ambit of Jan Lokpal bill may be accepted to get immediate success in the formation of strong Lokpal Bill. Though there may be some loopholes in the beginning and it will not be idealistic as visualized by Anna Team but it will definitely pave the way for bigger success in near future.
