Everyday is a new day and it comes with a learning experience.One such day I met a young lady whose complaint was -I am angry all the time.Help.....

After a couple of questions related to her diet and lifestyle I got to know the reason behind this aggression and my answer was it's your diet and lifestyle that's taking a toll on you.She was surprised by my answer and reacted I understand my lifestyle is hectic and can be my problem but how diet is related to my anger?I don't skip any meal though I like my food spicy and I love non-vegetarian dishes but I don't like milk.

My dear, I mildly insisted you need a change in your diet and trust me it will help you.After a little thought she agreed ,fine I will give it a try.

I suggested her ' Satvik Diet'

Satvik Diet is not another fad diet ,it's a way of life,it's ayurvedic diet.According to Ayurveda,it has been described as food that is vegetarian,simple,mildly spiced and easily digestible.Cooked in minimal oil and heat and is eaten fresh.Food that encourages peaceful energy within the person is known as Saatvik Diet.

Everyone can balance their life by eating Saatvik food atleast twice a week and it's not hard to incorporate Saatvik food in your diet.Having Saatvik Food for a week ( even leaving garlic and onions)will give you peaceful energy and it will calm you down.Add to it an hour of walk in the greens and you will discover a new you.
