ANNA HAS MISSED A POINT
Corruption is to be classified scientifically. Corruption is a very broad term . Corruption of rich and poor cannot be considered as identical. It also differs from profession to profession . Corruption also depends upon the extent of administrative , political or muscle power that can be exercised by a person or a group. Negligence of duties also tantamount to corruption . Cheating in any form , even in examination halls is nothing but corruption. Therefore I shall request the Team Anna to come out with some proposals for curving such corruptions right from the lowest strata of the society.
Till then ‘TATKAL’ system may be introduced in the Govt. offices where a person will be able to enjoy speedy service on payment of prefixed and declared extra amount, 90% of which will go to the dealing officials and 10% to the departmental fund.
Reading upto this one may think that I am encouraging another type of corruption. My answer is a loud No. What do we experience in our daily life ? Almost in all cases we are to bargain with the dealing persons or take help of a tout and for that we are to shell out uncertain amount of cash for getting some normal legitimate services. The system is to be changed. The entire system is now rotten like rotten potatoes.
