Re-schedule for All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) on May 11th, 2011
Following the leak of the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) paper conducted by the CBSE over the weekend, the examination for those who could not appear for it has been scheduled for May 11.
A Human Resource Development Ministry spokesperson said: “The 32,000 students who could not take the AIEEE can appear for it on May 11. Professor Phalguni Gupta of Indian Institute of Technology-Kanpur is heading a committee which will enquire into the leak and submit a report within four weeks.”
The The exam will held only for those students who have not seem it for the following reasons:
- Who could not seem in the AIEEE exam because of exam centers where they were to seem was an AFMC exam center and center couldn’t held AIEEE exam city, centers and roll no. as such students will remain the same.
- Those candidates who were to appear for AFMC exam at different center, they should register online on CBSE website for appearing re-test.
- Those candidates who couldn’t appear AIEEE exam because of some administrative reasons, they should register online for re-test.
- Those candidates had applied for online mode but couldn’t seem it because of different centers.
This decision to held exam for only those candidates who couldn’t appear the exam for some reasons, its a lot of dissatisfaction for those candidates who are demanding for re-scheduled the exam for everyone.
