Good ! very good! Now India is going to change! But my question is with all and every prominent political leader, that what are being done to eliminate corruption from the system. Few are examples where with the help from them corruption is flourishing.

I have heard that most of the Chief Ministers assign the job of money collection to their  PWD ministers, They collect money even  at the start of awarding the work, how could our road be strong and sturdy, when even PWD ministers Chief Engineers are all involved in all misdoing with contractors. Do they feel contractor is going to boost from his own coffer. Rumors are there that total commission paid in contacting agencies is up to 30-35% level in states  apart contractors own profit. Irrigation and flood control department has good name in this.  Now NHAI is also not clean , rumors about few surface transport minister s about their involvement is  in the air.

It is current fashion, a significant number of our MLA/MP are involved in broking for awarding construction contracts , even several are involved in contacting directly or inderectly. Most of the works for MLA/MP fund are allotted at the behest of  MLA’s/MP’s. They all are doing only national service? In my opinion at each and every village large part of local fund is being miss utilized by Village surpanch/ Village Pradhan. We have infected the corruption virus up to lowest level of society. Now come to  “NAREGA”, a good scheme but again gone on bad hands, workers are not working even four hours due to guaranteed job and involvement of several local powerful peoples. That too mostly work is to be done in kaccha in nature because capital expenditure is not allowed. If we divert all this money in creation of good infrastructure for villages/ society. One small change can serve the purpose with out the NAREGA- just insure all the earth work  by government fund in village area  be executed by manual labour and insure complete ban on earth excavating  machines JCB  etc.

Corruption is deeply involved in Health/ social sector, because after some time nothing can be verified . Most of  the social welfare scheme are flop and just waste of government money, this is true even in best declared states, I fear if we find even one district in the country , corruption free social schemes. All Anganwadi  scheme are meant for anganwadi workers. I have knowledge that District Magistrates have their monthly  share in PDF scheme’s corruption money through their supply inspector. Most of informal health scheme are useless. Only if we can establish strong chain of good govt. hospitals, there is no need for all these schemes. We are in search of short cuts for health system but there is no short cut except correct and systematic approach. Think over I,t why  two CMOs in Lucknow were shot dead?

Real estate sector is a fair attractor of black money, a drive for data bank of each and every property,  whether it is authorized or unauthorized, in for start cities with correct pan card details can give a trail of black money and peoples can be asked for their income for their property holding. For example, we can start with NCR.  Please start this we will see stampede in this sector, price of property will fall like any thing.
