SUB: WE WANT JUSTICE, regarding MUKTHIDHAM GRAVEYARD Development Issue at our Home Town Karimnagar, ANDHRA PRADESH.
With the subject cited above, we the members of IYSO Team INDIA wish to bring to your greater attention that we are AWAITING JUSTICE, regarding MUKTHIDHAM GRAVEYARD development issue at our Home Town Karimnagar, ANDHRA PRADESH
If there is a law for registration of BIRTH and a law for registration of DEATH, similarly we have designated HOSPITALS for BIRTH but NO DESIGNATED CRIMINATION GROUND AND GRAVEYARD HAS BEEN PROVIDED FOR the departing souls at our Home-Town KARIMNAGAR.
The way we provide toilets for our waste to keep our society clean and avoid epidemic similarly, if we do not provide a clean method and a designated place i.e. a crimination ground and a graveyard for disposal of dead bodies, it will only result to epidemic.
As per the National LAW, every death has to be registered with the concerned state government. As there is NO crimination ground, due to lack of proper crimination ground and absence of the official to register death, we wonder how the National population is derived.
This is not a case of religion but a pure case of HUMAN RIGHT.
We regret to bring to your notice that there is no response from your good office. In this regard, we urge His Excellency to find the attached web-links and take appropriate action on the concerned authorities. Because in the rainy season, it is difficult to perform funeral ceremony to the demise human body at existing graveyard and the needy families are facing lots of unhygienic problems.
Besides, we wish to submit/ inform that the matter has been brought to your notice through our regular appeal addressed to your good office by INDIAN POSTAL CARD / e-MAIL / FAX / REGISTERED POST. The matter is in large interest of public and welfare of our society and it needs your immediate attention.
There is NO Suitable Graveyard for HINDU community people in Indian history for the last more than 100’s of years at our Home-Town Karimnagar, ANDHRA PRADESH.
