MEDITATION AND IT'S BENEFITS = PART -1
Before entering into meditation, let us understand what is meditation
We have all been cleansing ourselves regularly by brushing our teeth and having bath daily etc., isn't it ?
But how do we clean ourselves internally ?
A lay man says - by sweat, mucus removal, flum removal, urination, feacus, etc.
Some wise guys replied- by
(1) using rishi gano (a variety of mushroom mastered by the chinese), kinotakara ( far infra red rays) protector, nano technology, ozone theraphy, etc., etc., etc.
(2)dialator
(3)accupressure and accupuncture
A yogic practitioner will say - (1) by kriya yoga, (2) kundalini yoga, (3) pranayama, (4) dhoutic pranayama (5) tantra, etc., etc., etc.
Some meditators say: (1)sun meditation, (2) dynamic meditation (3) light and sound meditation (4)viparsana meditation (5) 108 meditation techniques by oshio, etc., etc., etc.
But how do you cleanse the mind ? Why should you clean it ? What are the benefits ?
The mind is just like a super computer. But the only thing is it is trillions of times more powerful.
Unless the ' clean up' is activated and used and refreshed, it will not perform incredibly and give excellent results , etc.
So also the mind is more focussed , gives high output, and easily performs to its optimum level, giving excellent results - opening up more possibilities - when cleansed.
Can easily enter jagrut ( wakeful state), nidra ( sleep state), swapna ( dream state), subconscious state, alpha level , theta level, and superconscious state.
It is then that the mind comes under control delivering whatever you ask from it. Ie. Excellent memory, creativity, intuition, direction, all diseases vanish, etc.
All the yogas that are taught and commercialised these days are only a very very small and minute part of yoga.
The only correct and proper defination that has ever been given, which can neither be corrected or altered has been given by pathanjali . The true scientist of the inner mind.
It is in sanscrit -"chitta vrutti nirodaha - iti yogaha" all techniques and methords used to silence the mind leads to yoga (nothing more or nothing less)
It is only after yoga is achieved that meditation happens.
It does not use any gods, forms, mantras, chantings, religions, rituals, prayers, worship, yagas, yagnas, etc., etc., etc.
Next part 2 , 3, 4, etc., follows shortly
