Devil of MNCs

There is a fable that tells, a woman gave birth to a child but that child was not ordinary one but devil. The little devil wanted to suckle mother for milk and the woman lovingly puts the child to her breast. The devil begins to suckle and he continues to suckle even after the milk is finished. The woman wants to remove the baby but the baby devil firmly sticks to the nipples and keeps suckling. Now the blood he begins to suckle through the breast and he suckles until the blood is also finished and the woman is dead. The devil not bothered about the death of woman looks around to find any other innocent woman who, he can suckle!

Multi National Corporations of US are like that devil. US, the woman, gave birth to that devil and it went on growing. US benefited until the milk was available but now even after the milk is over the devil of MNCs continues to suckle the woman, US. Present recession in the US is sign that the milk is over!

We see how the relation between the US government and these MNCs grew and we also see that US government nurtured these devils to expand the control of US over the world. Particularly after the Second World War, they became more intimate and who is working for whom became the question. We have seen in my earlier article on siliconindia blog “An Economic hit man”, how US government used these MNCs and their bogus consulting firms to further the political game of the US government. That is just one incidence, if we search more we can see more events where these MNCs have covered activities of US government and CIA in strategically important countries. As the relation grew more intimate MNCs began to feel all the more confident that they can screw US government and get whatever they want. As this confidence was actually proved by various activities of cooperation between them; MNCs went further by writing a new set of laws of economics through their stooges and a fantastic new science of economics came in practice. For this activity they used many Universities from US and quite a few fellows were applauded for giving out something great in the name of modern economics. Actually what was being done was very simple; they were writing incognito, economics convenient for the MNCs vested interest. I have named it “artificial economics”.

Now, current president of US has realized that they were nurturing a devil and not an asset as it is often considered. He wants to take stringent measures to control this devil and wants to cut the devil to size; because it has grown out of proportion for US to manage. Recent recession was caused due to predatory loans forced on ordinary Americans for the benefit of these MNCs and as a result Banks have gone bankrupt. The total loss is as much as about 5 trillion $ and now the time has come for the US government to recover this from the benefiting MNCs. As this has started, the devil is now searching for new home! Switzerland and Ireland are on the list as the recent news shows but to my mind in near future more homes will become available to these MNCs, mostly controlled by Jew businessmen. Actually the correct Promised Land, for all Jew controlled MNCs, is Israel but they do not want to go there. Any way, this devil of MNCs is going to be a real trouble to US government in the near future but for us Indians the same devil could be a blessing in disguise if we know how to.

How that could be?

Looking to the real nature of this devil we find one good thing in it and that is they are virtually non destructible. They shall continue to function even if US abandons them. To remain friendly with them and do work for them as suppliers can give continuous business. Particularly in IT and BPO business this is tangible. The devil of MNCs always wants friends and Indian business houses can do the needful. In other businesses this may not be possible. Shrewd Indian businessmen should be on the prowl of these MNCs and catching the opportunity by finding their difficulty we may be able to get assured business. As the tussle between the US and MNCs grows more intense and if president Obama proves a match for them our chances of obliging them and through that get big business are improved. Mrs. Clinton, a secret agent of these MNCs had just visited India to adjudge possibilities in this direction. Of course, this amounts to inviting wrath of the US government but that won’t be of much bother as we know, US is no longer a super power! The days of US bossing on others are almost over. We should know by now that US without MNCs support is no power at all. Now the time has come for Indian business to decide whether to side US government or the MNCs! I advise to be with the MNCs particularly those in IT and BPO! As for other MNCs we should discard them in favor of the US government. I am of the opinion that this policy will place Indian IT and BPO companies in good position in the near future.

We Indians must learn a lesson from this experience of the US and keep any business from getting to become an Indian MNC! I say this because already we have a couple of baby devil MNCs in the making! Yes, you got me correct, I am referring to Reliance. When Dhirubhai Ambani gave the slogan, “karlo dunia mutthi mei!” we should know that an Indian devil of MNC is already born!

As US government gradually went into the grips of US MNCs; our corrupt government is already in the grip of this little devil, Reliance. At present to my knowledge Reliance is manipulating judiciary! Our judges are “available”; this is a very dangerous situation.

I see following characteristics of the MNC and they are,

MNC has no patriotic interest.

MNC wants to add to their profits at any cost.

MNC wants to oblige a government so that it gets free access to the resources.

MNC uses local laws to get maximum out of minimum.

MNC could betray the nation from where it is registered.

MNC management justifies all given above, by claiming, they are of International existence.

MNC management can even betray their own shareholders.

MNC in reality belongs to only its management and nobody else.

MNC does not believe in human values and for profit human values will be trampled.

Multinational Corporation is a form of “Capitalism of management.” It is different from the Capitalism we hitherto knew.
