When the voter's choice to be concidered?
In a day to day life we have many choices in our life, but choosing a leader to lead our self we doesn't have any choices.
The making of new india is we need nice choice to every circumstances in electing the leader to lead our nation, for that we have get awarness about our constitutions and also our responsibility.
i read one article(ref: in wikipedia) that they mention there is one rule in our constitution,
i.e in Indian Constitution under election the rule no 49 'o' they mentions every election the voter also have some choice, ho are u puzzeled this.
ok, i will explain clearly, in that rule they explained that the voter has go the both and after proceed his/her name and id verification he/she signed for their confirmation of voting and finally he/she get the register which is kept under the election officer of the particular booth and register their self as "i don't want to vote any of the candidates appeared in this booth".
The essential of the rule is if the no of votes which in not really don't want to vote any one is higher than the winner of the both , the all canditates consider as disqulifed for the current and upcomming elections also......
