Be An Achiever, Not Just Successful..
Everybody seems to be growing; most of us, willingly, through a combination of hard work, dedication and being in a favorable situation; and a few, perhaps automatically.
But how many of us are achievers, in terms of holding an inspiring and trust-worthy position in the eyes of others?
Well, by position, I don't mean what vanishes in course of time, but a strong and sustainable personal brand equity that would accompany us to the grave.
Growth and achievement - two sides of the same coin - are two entirely different things. Growth is, what we have gained so far for our own benefits, and achievement is, what we have given to the society.
Yes, we can grow exponentially without any achievement as such and also achieve a lot with or without experiencing growth. However, growth is a reversible process -- not achievement!
And this fundamental difference between them, draws a clear line of demarcation between being successful and being a great personality. The World don't always remember the successful profiles, but it never forget the great personalities.
So, the only way to achieve greatness is through gaining knowledge and sharing with others -- making the World a better place to live.
