Having the right thought would break your barriers to what you want to achieve, it will help you think clearly. A thought; is a process towards a change. .we confuses our selves with mixed thoughts and gets drifted from what is our core purpose.

Gotama Buddha used to practice a meditation technique called “Vipassana,” which means to see things as they really are, which is India’s most ancient techniques of meditation.

Vipassana means 'to come and see’. To explore your inner self, to control and understand emotions and thoughts, to see them as they are and to understand their purposes. As your thought process broadens -Eventually you would see the larger picture of your whole life and the world around you. You must know that you are and will be a powerful energy, but you must awaken you true self and understand the true meaning of the world around you.

I would practice Vipassana when I am alone or needed to energies myself. You could do in a garden, a closed room with good ventilation, anywhere your actually comfortable with; it goes like this - Close your eyes and takes some deep breath. Now start observing your breathing. Focus your entire attention on the breathing and follow it as it travels inside your body and comes out. Follow the breath in its entire route –as you inhalation and then slow exhalation. Imagine you are taking in the purity of mother earth and exhaling the impurities from your soul out of your nostrils. You are not to think of anything, you mind must be blank. You are part of nature, you will breathe its goodness and breathe out the impurities your body may have. It’s always hard the first couple of times and thoughts keep flowing into our mind and it not easy stopping them.

If we could concentrate on a particular goal, even if we didn’t have a mentor or had any knowledge on it, our thoughts would eventually find the mentor or have knowledge provided to us in fulfilling our goal. That is how powerful a thought process is, why you think meditation is such a widely used technique to channelize our body and thoughts. In a way, it’s the Sub - Conscious who plays an active role in guiding us towards our destinations. The more closely we are connected to the sub- conscious mind, the easier it is for us to achieve success.

The Sub conscious mind is a powerful tool ,which can actually alter your life, but this is not my topic of discussion now, I am trying to focus on positive thoughts and asking you to bring a sense of goodness in your life.

Staying positive and having positive thoughts when there is chaos around you, is what positive thought process is all about. It’s important you channelize and train your mind to have pure and good thoughts and release the negative and bad thoughts that would upset you or make you do something you would regret.
